Unit B of 16 Mile View Beach House is the perfect accommodation for families looking for a comfortable and well-appointed home away from home.

This unit has an external staircase and is split into 2 levels.
The main house is downstairs accessible via steps with two bedrooms and one bathroom with a bath, toilet and sink.

The main house features an open-plan kitchen and living area leading onto an enclosed balcony with exceptional sea views. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has single bunk beds.

The flatlet is on the road level above the entrance of the main house, contains a kingsize bed with one bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and sink along with coffee making facilities. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

Unit B also features a verandah with a built-in braai, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. The verandah can also be closed on cold days, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Secure off road parking is available, as well as free Wi-Fi access on the property. The wifi is connected to a UPS system so during load-shedding there should still be access. We have also fitted all light bulbs with recharge bulbs which will last for 2 hours if charged well. Each unit also has two rechargeable wireless lights that can be used at night if there is load shedding.
